“Back to life” is an art project which aims to highlight the close connection existing between humankind and nature.
Each artwork is conceived around a creature, formerly part of this world, sadly found dead in supposedly non-natural situations.
Art in this case pretends to give these creatures back the dignity and the respect they deserve, lets them play a key role and, in some way, gives them immortality.
Hybrid/human characters play a supporting role, remarking the concept that humankind is part of nature, with all the implications that entails.
The creatures and the hybrid/human characters move on an equal footing and interact: they are alive. All of them. In the pictures the creatures are not dead anymore. The characters treat the creatures as if they were precious treasures, capable of arousing surprise and wonder. They are meant to teach the observer to perceive the creatures in the same way as they do: as a gift.

“Back to life” è un progetto artistico che mira a sottolineare lo stretto legame esistente tra l’uomo e la natura.
Ogni opera d’arte è concepita intorno a una creatura, un tempo parte di questo mondo, purtroppo trovata morta in situazioni apparentemente non naturali.
L’arte in questo caso pretende di restituire a queste creature la dignità e il rispetto che meritano, di far loro giocare un ruolo chiave e, in qualche modo, di donargli l’immortalità.
I personaggi ibridi/umani svolgono un ruolo di supporto, rimarcando il concetto che l’umanità è parte della natura, con tutte le implicazioni che ciò comporta.
Nelle immagini le creature e i personaggi ibridi/umani si muovono su un piano di parità e interagiscono: sono vivi. Tutti. Le creature non sono più morte. I personaggi le trattano come se fossero tesori preziosi, capaci di suscitare sorpresa e meraviglia, cercando così di insegnare all’osservatore a percepire le creature nello stesso modo in cui le percepiscono loro: come un dono.
